What We Need to Get Started

To begin, please pay the $99 upfront fee and provide us with your architectural or building plans, including:

• Project scope

• Property address

Once we receive your payment and plans, our engineers will carefully review the documents and commence the assessment.

In most cases, your architectural or building plans will be sufficient. Occasionally, a survey confirming the current or proposed floor levels may also be required. If this is the case, our engineer will let you know after reviewing your plans.

To help us complete your assessment more efficiently, it would be greatly appreciated if you could also include any of the following (if available):

• A site survey

• Council-issued flood information certificate

• Section 10.7 planning certificate

• Site photographs

• Any previous flood certificates or studies related to the site
